Perfume Collection

DSC_0929I don’t have a very big perfume collection. I prefer to have signature scent. Having said that I do occasionally like to change the perfume I use.

My every day go to perfume is Forever and Ever Dior by Dior. Frankly, I stumbled upon this while testing perfume at a department store and I fell in love with it immediately. The current bottle that you can see here is a second purchase. I use it almost on a daily basis.

Anais Anais by Cacharel is an oldie but a goodie. I was introduced to this perfume when I was a teenager. If I am not wrong, it was my sister who used it first and since I like it so much she gave a bottle to me. I hardly use this at present (it was my everyday go to perfume before Forever and Ever Dior took over the helm!), but occasionally I still do still apply it. I have to say, amongst all the collection I have, this one blends very very well with my chemistry.

Tresor by Lancome is also another old favourite of mine. I started using it upon graduation. I do have an on and off relationship with this perfume. I don’t normally re-purchase it immediately when I’ve finished a bottle, but after a while I tend to re-purchase it.

Chanel No 5. Need I say more? I didn’t fell in love with it immediately, however ,this is slowly becoming my favourite. I don’t use it often, just for special occasion.

The Bottega Venetta perfume is an option I go for if I want something light and fresh. All the other perfume that I have mentioned earlier tend to lean towards floral scent. This one has a bit of a citrusy scent to it. I notice I tend to reach out for this perfume when I am running day-to-day chores e.g. picking up the dry cleaning, going the cinema or just a quick run to the convenience store.

Last but not least is Chance by Chanel. This was a gift. I do like the scent. However, I just haven’t used it often enough.

What about you? Do you use different perfume everyday or do you tend to use the same one until it’s finished? I’d like to hear your thoughts and preference.
